This means that RELOG will, unceasingly, make all decisions regarding capital structure with a view to maximizing our shareholder returns, based on a balanced relationship between profitability and risk. This applies to both equity and debt financing as well as self-financed cash flow for all decisions whether they concern new transactions, the development of existing portfolios, dividends or repayments.

This means that the company has a solid foundation to ensure further growth as well as to continue to generate value.
